Every order is vacuum-sealed and packed into high-density thermal insulated cold-boxes with frozen eutectic phase-change gel packs that maintain temperatures below 4°C for up to 60 hours in transit.
What is the 24-hour cutoff rule for morning milk?
Our Gir cows are milked fresh every afternoon for next morning delivery. Any schedule modification or vacation halt must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to dispatch; orders inside the 24-hour window are locked for milking and fleet loading.
Can I pause or halt my milk subscription when traveling?
Yes! In your "My Account" portal under Milk Subscriptions, you can halt deliveries indefinitely or set specific vacation dates. Future deliveries beyond the 24-hour cutoff are paused immediately.
Can I get milk delivered only on specific days of the week or month?
Yes. Subscriptions can be configured for Daily deliveries, specific days in the week (such as Mon, Wed, Fri or Weekends only), or specific calendar dates of the month (such as the 1st & 15th, or custom dates from 1 to 31). You can also skip or add extra single days anytime outside the 24-hour dispatch cutoff.
How does wallet pre-charging work?
You can pre-charge your Good Cow wallet via Razorpay (Cards, UPI, Netbanking). Each morning when your fresh milk is dispatched, the exact bottle cost is deducted with full receipt logging.
